Pere Jules Cidre Brut Bouche Pays d'Auge

Stonkingly good cider from a famed Calvados producer in Normandy. Composed of roughly 20 different apple varieties, with a ripe, concentrated flavour. Dry, but fruit-forward and bright, with a gentle tug of tannin and whispers of hay and vanilla. Beautiful and balanced.
