Philippe Chatillon Arbois Les Nouvelles Savagnin Oxydatif 2014

This is a textural feast, chewy, puckering, chalky and dry. Intense lemon balm, green apple essence, straw/hay, cashew, farmhouse cider elements and dried green herbs. Unique, left of centre expression, powdery and refreshing at once. Curious thing, and I like it. Not what I'd usually drink from Jura, but my radar has shifted. - Winefront 2014 // 750ml // ABV 13%
