Pool Wines Cough Drop 2023

This is something outside the box. Long skinsy white with some very light red juice blended in. Tastes more like Euro rosato than anything Aussie. Herbal and green, kind of more like Montenegro than wine, but with rainbow sour straps too. You will take a sip and say "that's weird" then stand there staring off into the middle distance, trying to place it, then you will take another sip, then you will drink two more glasses of it. We've seen it before, tale as old as time. 70% gruner veltliner which spent four months on skins, 30%  direct pressed shiraz - Pool Wines
