Poor Toms Imbroglio Amaro

Paying rascally homage to the well known aperitivo, Campari, the Cats down the road in Marrickville have produced an Amaro which you would happily have neat, in a Spritz or in a Negroni. Using 25 botanicals to create this concoction including Seville orange and mandarin, juniper, gentian root, wormwood, rhubarb and marshmallow root, beetroot, rhubarb and hibiscus we can only quote the words of the boys themselves "the ensuing calamity is a fresh, herbaceous frenzy that will make you forget whether you're coming or going." This one should be a staple to any home bar.
