An orange wine of time and patience, partly in barrel but mostly locked up in tank on skins for six months, meandering well into the savoury realm that these wines want to take you. All about the herbal notes and Earl Grey Tea wrapped in delicate tannins. Surprising softness and well worth the wait. Coulda been something in the glass quicker maybe? But that wouldn’t be this.
