This rare red de Moor wine is made with Pinot Noir sourced from the Mâconnais, from a vineyard which is third year into the process of conversion to organic. Whole bunches were macerated for 3 weeks and then it was aged in a mix of barrels and amphora before blending prior to bottling. It is very pretty and very rare! - Living Wines, Importer
