Domaine Bornard Trousseau Le Ginglet 2021

This cuvee is produced without the Arbois Pupillin appellation displayed on the label. Tony chose not to submit Le Ginglet to the appellation authorities as he wants the wines to reflect the terroir without having to manipulate them into wines that might be more suitable for the conservative members of the board. 

Le Ginglet is trousseau aged in stainless steel tanks and made to be drunk young. It is a light, bright and eminently drinkable wine that you won't be able to put down!
