PRE SALE // Domaine Mosse Bang Nouveau 2025

It is mainly Grolleau Gris, with a tiny amount of Muscat à Petits Grains from Domaine Caterole in Roussillon, both of which were macerated for a few days (separately) to help create its pink hue, and 10% Merlot, a grape the Mosses don't usually use, which was directly pressed. It is from the same grower they source their other Loire négoce grapes from and according to Joseph Mosse was too good not to take! This is not meant to be a serious wine but is utterly delicious. - Living Wine, Importer
