It’s arguably the most delicate wine in the Cappellano stable, but it’s a wine of breathtaking intensity. High-toned, bursts of red cherry, raspberry, rose petals. Evolves just beautifully in the glass, revealing more savoury depth: moss, mushrooms, seaweed, tar. Elegantly structured, with pristine acidity and a trail of fine tannins. Straight to the poolroom with this one!
