A rare sweet wine from the iconic Jean Francois Ganevat. Made from shriveled (by nature) Chardonnay and Savagnin berries - a sweet passerillé wine, with a nose of apricot, fig, and quince. The palate is balanced, dense, and syrupy, with beautiful freshness, length, and notes of spice. A cuvée that will leave you, as the French say, Sul Q (sur le cul) – on your bum!  An indulgent sipper for sure!
