Ugni blanc, picked at more mature fruit character, with acid retained. Old oak. Rested on lees. No added anything.   

Salted peanuts, some wakame seaweed notes, ginger, lemon curd, apple tea with cinnamon but cool. Hazy texture, richness but cool and chiseled edges. Nuttiness sweeps through gently, finishes the wine savoury but a very fine briny finish counters well. A gastronomic wine. Impressive. - The Wine Front
