A GSM from Tavel, carbonic maceration, off to older oak barrique.    

Almost a beeswax, floral note over the wild raspberry, brambly red currant characters, white pepper and faint game meat - inviting perfume. Supple in the palate, a touch plush even, raspberry liquorice, some candied nuts and dried mixed peel, blood orange through the finish with some silty pucker. A bit of hazelnut and wild herb to finish. - The Wine Front
