Go go grenache. Maybe some cinsault. Carbonic macerated for 12 days or so. Tank and old barrique.
Purple-garnet colour. A grand release, jubey blackcurrant fruit meets grippy, stoney tannin, cassis and smoky black tea, white pepper. Slurpy and then serious, a pumice stone texture to finish. And yet juicy. Crikey. What a drink here! Serious and fun in the same gobful. - The Wine Front
