Cut a slice and pour yourself a cuppa tea, tear off a hunk and get stuck into a sticky-sweet wine, rip off a corner and stuff it in your gob while sipping on a pretty rose, a fruit-infused sour beer, downing a delicious  Limonchello over ice... all of the above and more.

2025's version is again another Sonoma-meets-Icebergs original, Caramel Almond Amaretti Panettone!!!

This year’s edition is a soft, buttery dough, studded with Callebaut Gold caramel chocolate, Mandolé Orchard almonds, French salted caramel that melts into the crumb and a touch of Amaretto liqueur. It's finished with a crust of crushed Amaretti biscuits and Mandolé’s salted almonds for texture and depth of flavour.
