Punt e Mes literally means "point and a half" in Piedmontese, this Italian vermouth is half way between rosso vermouth and the Campari: one ”point” of sweetness and half a point of bitterness.
Use as substitute for rosso vermouth in cocktails it is also most enjoyable over ice with an orange twist.
