Hilltops viognier and vermentino. A hearty dose of four weeks skin contact, followed by a peaceful maceration. Viognier picked ceramic egg, while vermentino preferred puncheon; they thrived for eight months, on lees, before blending. Voila. - Ravensworth Wines

Lewis Martin, son of legendary Ravensworth vigneron Bryan Martin, makes this wine. It's got heaps of texture, a touch slurpy and then goes bone dry and chalky. Fun. Fragrant with floral elements, stone fruits, crystallised ginger, lemon curd, dried apricot and grapefruity tang. Just unreal. Just delicious. Just do it.
