If you’re unfamiliar with amaro, think of it as a beautifully balanced combination of sweetness, bitterness and botanicals. Traditionally enjoyed after a meal, almost like a cocktail, ours are crafted with our signature aged rum and inspired by classic European traditions, alongside flavours that reflect life here in Sydney.
The Amaro Alpino Vecchio is made with a view to the traditional agri of northern Italy, especially in the mountainous region of the Dolomites. This is a gentle, aged rum infused with liquorice, gentian root, orange peel and mint, (among 15+ other herbs, spices and fruits). It’s rich and bitter and ready to be poured straight over ice. - Red Mill Rum
