Made with a good lick of grapes from the super cool climate, Casey’s vineyard nestled just outside of the township of Oberon, high in the Wambuul Valley - chardonnay and shiraz to be specific. There’s also chardonnay from Chalou Wines and merlot from Patina Wines to complete the package.
