Rocco di Carpeneto Rosso Vermut

Rocco di Carpeneto is a radical, organic winery located on a small plateau amidst the Upper Monferrato hills (Piedmont), very close to Mediterranean sea, dedicated to only using Piedmont-native grapes.

Rocco di Carpeneto Rosso Vermut undergoes a meticulous two-month cold maceration process, during which wine and spirit are infused with an intricate blend of over 20 botanicals. This sophisticated combination features wormwood, yarrow, juniper berries, angelica seeds, rhubarb, gentian roots, citrus zests, hibiscus, and orange flowers, each contributing distinct aromatic and flavour dimensions to create a complex, well-balanced vermut.
