Methode Ancestrale and made from ugni blanc, roussanne. From the family estate.
Attractive scents of just ripe stone fruit, green mango, some sea spray elements, hay and straw, green peppercorn and some fir and pine needle. Creamy texture, guava notes, curiously, marzipan, pickled ginger, very tea-like elements to the wine - exotic and delicious. Soft bubbles, cool acidity to finish. - The Wine Front
