Levi Serafino Grappa di Barbaresco

Grappa made from DOCG grapes!!! As soon as we heard of this release we couldn't wait to get our hands on it. From the appellation of Barbaresco in Italy, this grappa is distilled once from the must of nebbiolo grapes. It is then aged for four years in old oak barrels. When you let this grappa open up in your glass it truly makes you think of the red fruits of nebbiolo! It truly evolves constantly in the glass and has such a luscious, rich mouthfeel. We probably should just keep this gem for ourselves...
