From the depths of Margaret River and a family owned estate, this is a pretty, fine boned, frisky sparkling wine of delicacy, purity and that sense of high refreshment factor. Tart berries, some green apple crunch, cumquat zing and a slosh of rose hip tea. It's got a good, cloudy textural appeal and vigorous, bright bubbles. An aperitif style to the max. Nice.
