Vermentino with dashes of chardonnay and semillon. Wild ferment and off to amphora. No SO2 added. Very grapey, savoury, flinty, terracotta savouriness on lemon-lime, ginger, cucumber in tonic water. Edgy kind of feel, leaning deeply into nutty territory, but the acidity and peaky vibes are up to the task. Exotic, wild, fun. - The Wine Front
