It’s a curious wine, but in a good way. It’s fresh, has something of a carbonic bubblegum and floral top note, much like a frisky Gamay in that way, cherry and plum, some mint too. Blue and red fruits, quite juicy, with a lick of grainy tannin, a tickle of spritz, redcurrant and maraschino cherry, sporting a slightly bitter finish of good length. It can take a light chill.
