Saison is a small batch handmade vermouth that celebrates the bounty of each season. We are proudly made in Melbourne by chef turned aperitif nerd Dave Verheul.
Our sixth Summer Flowers release, how time flies! This year's release see's this vermouth grow up a touch, | having turned down the sweetness and turned up the bitterness slightly. We have used the same proven combo of 14 different flowers including elderflower, mangold, jasmine and chamomile - all farmed organically or picked in the wild. Infusions of yellow peach, nectarine and two kinds of wormwood are blended into our Moscato base wine farmed n nonth-eastern Victoria. Sweetened lightly and aged resting on yet more fresh flowers. - Saison
