Some Like It Hot is a pasta sauce that’s Ziggy’s Wildfoods’ native hot sauce – made with Davidson plum and Dorrigo pepper – brings the heat (we give it a 7/10 heat level), while preserved lemon adds a citrusy lift, and raw Australian honey smooths it all out. To quote the movie we named it after, “Nobody’s perfect.” But this sauce? Pretty damn close

WE LOVA PASTA! This Saturday Night set has been created with love by Elizabeth Hewson. The sauce has been slow cooked in small batches, then hand bottled to ensure the highest quality pasta sauce. The pasta has been made using Australian durum wheat semolina from the “Golden Triangle” area of NSW, slowly extruded through bronze dies and gently air dried at low temperature for 48hrs, to preserve the nutritional benefits, the best taste and digestibility.
