Sebastian Van de Sype Rifermentato Lambrusco 2021

Located in the hills of the historic Lambrusco area of Castelvetro outside of Modena, our property of five hectares is carefully farmed with respect to nature and without the use of systemic chemicals. This traditional Lambrusco is produced with 100% grasparossa grapes, under the guidance and tutelage of Frank Cornelissen.  It is an elegy to the long tradition of our region, but with our own unique touch. - Sebastian Van de Sype
