Selection Massale Marlborough Chilled Red 2023

A savoury, juicy chilled red blend of pinot noir, pinot gris, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. Each of the four varieties were separately harvested and wild-fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending and full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined. - Wine Diamonds, distributor
