Big perfume, sets you back, kombu and general dried seaweed scents, big whiff of the ocean, almonds, ripe apple. Brighter and fresher in the palate, this crispness of green apple, a sheet of saline minerality (hugely so!) and so much refreshment factor with incredible persistence of flavour. Wow. Jura? But Mediterranean and so lifted and fine. Wow, again. - The Wine Front
