This has beautiful, dense perfume, oatmeal, ginger biscuits, green apple juice, green olives in brine, some mandarin juice and cumquat too. The palate tastes similar and distinctly savoury, salty, beautifully poised between the freshness of fruit and nutty elements, quite expansive too. Great concentration and poise here.
