Sierra de Tolono Rioja Tempranillo 2022

Oh my word, I like this wine. It’s all juicy cherry, ripe strawberry, aromatic dried herbs with some liquorice. Medium-bodied, fleshy and chewy with chamois-like tannin grip, maybe a little tickle of spritz, juicy red fruit, dried herb mouth-perfume, something a bit meaty too, with a fair bit of tang and energy on a finish of good length. Delicious. Unfettered and unforced and a delight to drink. It’s kind of rustic, but in a good way. Recommended. - The Wine Front
