Barossa Valley. Combo of most of the red varieties that are made by Sigurd, predominately a GSM blend though, with some splashes of other thing in the mix. Blended for your pleasure.
A supple, fuller flavoured red that holds vitality while sopping the palate in dark cherry, plummy fruit, game meat characters, sweet spice and black pepper characters. A touch of hazelnut savouriness too, some clove and liquorice also. A satisfying slurp and slosh to the wine. A bit of dusty tannin chomp too. For sure. - The Wine Front
