Slow Lane Wines Grenache 2023

This delightful wine is from Dom Smith of Slow Lane Wines in the Adelaide Hills.

From Fred Howard’s 84 year old bush vines, grown on the deep white sands of McLaren
Flat. The tiny berries produced from these old vines, made for a powerful wine, filled with
fine and firm tannins. Handpicked over three different maturity levels, fully destemmed & open fermented, with a portion left on skins for 4 months. Matured until the following harvest in older, larger format oak, followed by 9 further months maturation in tank. Filled to the brim with raspberry & black forest flavours, with great structure and framework, thanks to the highly concentrated fruit. - Slow Lane Wines
