The Jura variety trousseau comes to us by way of the Barossa, and Wayne and Suzi Ahrens amazing biodynamic farming. This does the lighter weight variety justice but does manage to deliver a good deal of hazy texture that feels a bit weightier than expected. Lots of cranberry, rhubarb, sweet earthiness, some aniseed and game meat notes here. A good deal of savouriness in this rendering of the variety. A good time, all up. Intriguing.
