Made from the first drippings of fermenting nêp Câm (purple sticky rice). The rick syrup then slowly ferment and transform in the hot and humid cellars of Vietnam that reah well over 45°c.
Think Chè đậu đỏ (Vietnamese Red Bean Dessert), red bean mochi or chocolate and walnuts in liquid form. Try pairing with or drizzling directly on yogurt, panna cotta, vanilla ice cream.
