Single vineyard barbera from South Africa's Breedekloof region. 100% whole bunch ferment, with maceration on skins for eleven days before being pressed off to concrete for further maturation. Bright, perfumed red and blue fruits, with a great balance of fine tannin and mouthwatering acidity creating an elegant, easy-drinking medium-bodied red.
