Stoke Cabernet Malbec 2024

A 70/30 blend of cabernet sauvignon and malbec. 

Blending for this one was a fun part of the process, where 10% carbonic cab made the cut, as did a batch of cabernet that had 10% whole bunch. The end result is a medium bodied wine with beautiful blue fruit and an underlying savoury character.

We are loving this and if the malbec comes to the party each year we will have this as a regular going forward. - Stoke Wines
