Chenin blanc from two sites, fermented on skins. Very aromatic, candlewax, citrus peel, ginger, clove, dried apple – nice sniffs. Similar to taste with an oxidative, nutty with dried apple and ginger to the fore. Light, powdery tannin profile, very lively acdity – a wild streak here no doubt, but well done, and refreshing.
