Bendigo riesling seems skin fermentation from small scale winemaker Scott Cosgriff. He’s make some terrific, left of centre but quality wines.

Waxy texture on top of juiciness and saline notes. It’s got that hazy apple juice feel, dashes of sweet spice, ginger, green almond going on. A little sweetness to the fruit profile through the finish, so too a chalkiness lightly applied. Textural and good drinking ensues. - WineFront.com.au
