Terada Honke Daigo no Shizuku 2023

Established in 1673 the Terada Honke have been brewing continuously for over 340 years. Using only natural yeast and the traditional Kimoto starter method, creating a truly unique Sake. Terada is also one of the very producers invited to natural wine fairs around the world, due to his kindred brewing practices and use of organic rice. 

Flavours of pickled ume fruit, citrus and sweet notes, with a lively and refreshing finish. Cloudy and wild in a way too. It's a big hit of umami, savoury as can be yet finishes clear and gently sweet, then mouthwatering with acidity. So beautiful. 

Serve chilled.
