60% vernentino skin fermented for a cuppla days and blended with 40% direct press fiano and boom, sent to bottle to keep on fizzing au naturale and hence we have a pet nat. It's a lively, squeaky-textured number, bright and vivacious with faint nutty-saline characters amongst bruised lime, green apple and nectarine fruit stuff going on. Fizz is big, bold, refreshing. It's a ripper.
