Tim Ward is a winemaker who does a lot of things well but from where we sit he is a maestro of natural sparkling wines. He’s a go-to for really fresh feeling, vibrant, crisp pet nats and delivers another virtuous, frisky number right here. Shiraz from the lower Yarra Valley is whole bunch pressed delivering stacks of mixed berry and spice flavour with a splash of greco thrown in for good measure. It's on the serious side of pet nats as it definitely doesn't lack any acidity, texture and drive, but delivers huge refreshment factor and general deliciousness. Uptown pet nat here we go!
