Tim Ward I'll Fly Away Syrah Rosè Pet Nat 2021 Magnum

Another pet nat from the wizard himself. Hard whole bunch pressed shiraz from the lower Yarra Valley has left this wine with plenty of flavour, but not that much colour. It's on the serious side of pet nats as it definitely doesn't lack any acidity. But it still has enough flavour to keep everyone happy. What a banger in a big bottle!
