Domaine Tissot Vin Jaune La Mailloche 2014

Savagnin born from clay and aged for just over six years in Burgundy barrels under flor. Mailloche delivers an intense and serious Vin Jaune, a potent and rich, complex expression with very nutty, very saline, flor sherry and amontillado kind of vibes. Deep, powerful and to be very, very long lasting. This is a brilliant expression of the regional staple, right at the best of best level.
