Domaine Tissot Vin Jaune Les Bruyeres 2014

One of the most significant sites for any grape variety in Jura, Bruyeres is an exceptional vineyard and arguably produces Tissot's greatest white wines and vin jaunes. This is elegant, refined, impossibly long and complex, a regional bench mark for VJ with hallmark briny, saline characters, nutty-oxidative detail and searing acidity. It is by any standard, epic, a benchmark for the style and a collector's paradise. Brilliant wine.
