Winemaker Dom Torzi is such a bloody legend, infectious to be around, and produces some of the most honest, value-for-money wines coming out of South Australia. This red is old school in style - a throwback to the stuff his family would have made under the house/in the garage/out the back shed - a slurpy, brightly flavoured, gluggable red of juiciness, spice, light herbal character. Whatever the words are, this is to be drunk with gusto, maybe with a light chill, maybe from the bottle itself. Forza, Dom!
