Our friend Liber runs some of Sydney’s best and most authentic Mexican bars and restaurants, with a focus on several locations in Bondi. He’s a beautiful human, plays a mean piano accordion, knows his way around Mezcal back to front, and in his spare time has embarked on a winemaking project; here with a Chardonnay out of the Yarra Valley.
