A fizzy wine from Valli Unite, a coop in Costa Vescovato, Piedmote - where "income is not the main value" and natural winemaking is seen as a social responsibility.  There are about 30 people who live here, caring for the vines among orchards, woodlands, pastures and gardens. This is a light and fresh pet nat, clean and crisp and made with love, it's never not the right time to release the beast. 2023 // 750ml // ABV 12%
