Blauburgunder is the Austrian synonym for pinot noir. This is a small batch pinot noir we’ve been making for a few years, specifically engineered to be a lighter-framed pinot noir, suited to taking a light chill. A cheery cherry hue, which a nose flinging out pulpy strawberry and raspberry notes, and with a subtext of sandalwoody spice and a crinkle of leafy herbage. Refreshingly light and savoury on the palate and totally moreish.         - Tessa Brown, wine maker
