This is just so impeccable. The perfect amount of texture, the perfect delivery of flavour, the balance and the finish. It does all the basics well, and delivers them in seamless fashion. It presents an orchard of apples, citrus and nashi pear flavours, a spray of herbs, whispers of lychee and white flowers and an all-round squeaky feel.
